On October 17, 2024, the TCB Council opened a meeting to discuss the Covered List inclusion of Kaspersky Lab anti-virus software.  The TCB Council is looking to create a Best Practices document to guide manufacturers, laboratories and TCB  regarding reasonable due diligence in determining compliance with these requirements.

The TCB Council will hold a third Zoom discussion regarding the Kaspersky Anti-Virus addition to the Covered List on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024 at 10AM Eastern.  All TCB Council Members are welcome to attend, as we work towards creating a Best Practices document on this topic.
