On October 17, 2024, the TCB Council opened a meeting to discuss the Covered List inclusion of Kaspersky Lab anti-virus software. The TCB Council is looking to create a Best Practices document to guide manufacturers, laboratories and TCB regarding reasonable due diligence in determining compliance with these requirements. The TCB Council will hold a final Zoom call for the purposes of making the final edits to the Best Practices document on January 10 at 10 AM to noon Eastern.
